Welcome to RiverC**n Cattery, our home of Gentle Giants, The Dog of the Cat World, and the first Native cat of the United States. They are raised and kept in our home and underfoot. At times we have kittens available, usually about 2x per year. We breed with health as our main goal, and try to aim for a variety of colors as well as size. Hello All Maine C**n Lovers!
As some of you may have noticed I haven’t been posting and doing much on my Cattery site with the onset of Covid.

I quit with the onset of Covid because I have a comprised immune system and people were staying hunkered down including me.

I do have some adult Maine C***s that I need to rehome and I’ll be posting more on that in the next few days so if that’s something you would take into your heart let me know via private message.

My home burnt down a few years ago and I had some kittens at that time. They got traumatized by the fire. Some have special needs. I am seeking now for loving forever homes for them indoor only I will give you a few examples one kitty named Sweet Pea has a bad leg , she can’t run fast. She must never be an outdoor cat. Her mama Ashley had to have a couple of surgeries. Ashley has a no teeth and had to have a toe amputated and she can never be an outdoor cat.

I don’t believe in having your cats outdoors unless having an enclosure that keeps them safe from predators and from running out on the street and get run over by a car, etc. etc., not to mention the diseases they catch outdoors but if you can provide a very safe home, indoor only except like I mentioned if you have a special outdoor place for them to be safe, private message me, but in the interim, I will be trying to get pictures and information of these cats and post them they’re all Maine C***s. I love each and everyone of them and I’ve been bonded with them and it’s very hard and disheartening for me to rehome them after all this time, but I’m finding it difficult with my declining health to keep tending to all of them and their litter boxes, etc. Each will have minimum amount of funds due to make sure they go to a good safe home and help me care for the C**nlets left behind.
