📢 Spitfire Pupdate! She is almost ready to find her forever home! And we still haven't determined a new name 🤷🏼‍♀️

At her weekly vet appt with Foothill Farms Veterinary Hospital, we heard that things seem to be healing well! Next week she'll get new X-rays to make sure and likely a new cast or soft wrap.

For those wondering, she had a broken radius and ulna when we pulled her from Bradshaw Animal Shelter Paws in Need . It was likely from a jump off a couch or bed, which is why it's important to help your small pups when you have a high bed or couch or give them stairs!

Just a month ago, this brave 9-pound Schnauzer mix was rescued in the most heartbreaking condition—severely dehydrated, covered in painful, infected mats, and fighting for his life.

We weren't sure he’d make it. But Hank is a true fighter.

Alice is an active, playful 2 yr old terrier mix who would do best with a young and active family or someone who does a lot of walks or hikes. She knows a few commands and likes to play fetch! 🥎

Spitfire (aka Mary Puppins aka Starfox) is the sweetest gentle, yet playful 1 yr old pap/chi mix. She's recovering from a broken leg and will be available in a couple weeks.

Spitfire is a 1-year-old Pomeranian/Chihuahua/Papillon mix who is recovering form a broken leg before she can find her forever family! But she will be ready soon!

This sweet little girl has already been through a lot. Her broken leg hasn’t taken away her incredible spirit. True to her name, Spitfire is full of energy, personality, and love! 🥰

She is wonderful with children and other dogs and loves being part of the family as an indoor dog. She has so much affection to give and is looking for someone who will see what a special girl she is and give her the loving home she deserves.
