At The Bark Park Resort & Daycare East Sac, Julie brings decades of hands-on experience, heartfelt care, and a genuine love for dogs of every kind💖! Her journey in animal care began nearly twenty years ago after adopting her boxer from Sacramento’s Front Street Animal Shelter. Inspired by that experience, she began volunteering and fostering dogs through the shelter, which sparked a lasting career in the pet care industry.

With a background in customer service, management, and dog daycare operations, Julie is known for building close, caring relationships with both pets and their owners. She takes pride in creating a welcoming environment where dogs feel safe, understood, and excited to return each day. While English Bulldogs have always held a special place in her heart, her years in the industry have deepened her appreciation for dogs of all breeds and personalities.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys long walks with her dogs, tending to her collection of succulents and cactus plants, and searching for unique antiques and vintage glassware treasures!
