🌾 Foxtail Season is Here — Keep Your Pets Safe! 🌾

Did you know foxtails can pose serious health risks to your pet? These barbed grass awns might look harmless, but they can burrow into your pet’s skin, ears, eyes, nose, and paws — potentially causing infections, abscesses, and even surgery if left untreated.

Thank you all so much! We cant wait to share the update 🥹

Our director is going out of town this weekend, so we cannot do any more intake.

But somebody approved this one and now we’re scrambling.

Ok it was me. Kristina (the director). I’m the problem 😬

On the euth list for his skin, we watched dog after dog get tagged and he sat there in wait. How could I say no 😭

Listed as an 8m old lab mix, we need your help. Who can pick this boy up from Sacramento on Monday (time TBD) and hold him until Monday night? He is people and dog friendly, although we would love for him to not be introduced to a bunch of people/dogs on his first day. We can leave a kennel, food, toys, leash, collar etc!
