PLEASE READ : Yorkies do not adapt to sudden changes in environment & this includes" car rides, new homes, different people, new animals, immediate bathing & haircuts, perfume, temperature change, immediate food changes, etc.... Yorkies are Temperamental, Intuitive, Intelligent. Lively, & Bold. Yorkies can and do understand up to at least 120 words and commands. IMPORTMENT when introducing to new things into a Yorkie's environment take into consideration that sudden changes can & do stress Yorkies & should be done at a slow pace so they can adjust to their new environment with minimal stress. Sudden changes can bring on hypoglycemia. Your Yorkie may not eat right away that's normal as long as he is drinking the 1st day, to be on the safe side you can coat his/ her gums w/ Nutricall/honey thus preventing hypoglycemia.
