Good evening everyone! It appears we have finally made it to warmer spring weather! With that, we’d just like to put out another reminder that we are well on our way to busy season, so please keep that in mind. We will do our best to answer phones, return calls and messages, and stay on schedule during the day. Please wait for our call before returning to pick up your pet, and be sure to prebook your appointments or call a couple of weeks in advance to ensure you get the time frame you need! Thank you!! Hi friends! With spring weather just around the corner we are starting to get busy again so be sure to get your appointment in! And please understand that the busier we are, the easier it is for us to get behind so please bare with us and wait for our phone call to come back to pick up your pet! Sometimes when your dog sees you before their groom is complete, it can become dangerous to finish grooming them while they bounce around delighted mom or dad is here. This can cause us to become even more behind- as we have to wait for your pet to calm down from the excitement of seeing mom or dad, to safely complete their haircut. We try our best to give accurate time estimates but they are just that-estimates. We want to give your pets the attention and thoroughness they deserve, and sometimes that takes a bit longer (or sometimes even LESS time) than we initially estimated. Hello everyone and happy march! We just wanted to take a moment to address a recent issue. There has been an increase in dog p**p left in the front/parking area of the shop. We do realize that it’s very common for dogs to relieve themselves going in and out, but please please pick up after your dogs. If you don’t have a baggy we are more than happy to provide you with one. We used to have a dispenser outside for bags but were running into the issue of them being stolen so we brought them inside. Thank you!

Good evening friends! Krystal is back! Our crew is back in action!
We want to once again remind everyone of our cancelation policy- please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule and appt, so we have time to fill your spot. We had too many no shows this past week to count, which causes us to lose several hundred dollars that we could have easily replaced had we been able to fill the empty spots off of our waiting list. A $25 no call/no show fee will be applied to your next appt as a result.
We also are beginning to raise our prices. The cost of our supplies and equipment has gone up significantly over the last several years but our prices have mostly remained the same. Some of you won’t see any change, but we are starting to add additional fees for matting, behavior, excessive undercoat etc. We have done some pricing comparisons in our area and will be charging closer to the overall average in New England. If you have any questions please feel free to ask!
