Petsense Costume Contest Winners Announcement!
We are absolutely thrilled to announce the incredibly talented and adorable winners of our annual Petsense Halloween Costume & Cuteness Contest!
After much consideration (and plenty of awwws), our judges have made their final decisions.
A enormous thank you to everyone who participated and made our Halloween celebration so special. Every single one of you, human and pet alike, brought so much joy and spooky spirit to Petsense this month. We were blown away by the creativity and pure cuteness on display.
And now, for the winners you've been waiting for!
Best Costume Category
This category was packed with incredible entries, making the judging incredibly difficult! But three stood above the rest for their originality and ex*****on.
1st Place Winner: Mila
Mila completely stole our hearts (and the show!) with this inventive and undeniably sweet banana costume. The pure, expressive joy on her face while rocking that bright yellow ensemble made her the hands-down winner. Congratulations, Mila! You are officially top banana in our book.
Runner-Up: Remy
Remy looked incredibly dapper and just the right amount of spooky in his spider costume! He wears those plush legs with confidence and style. That confident gaze and joyful stance showed us he was a serious contender from the start. Great job, Remy!
3rd Place: Sampson
Look out, citizens! Sampson is ready to save the day as Superdog! He completely embodies the heroic spirit in this charming costume, from the detailed chest symbol to that perfect blue cape. Standing with his human companion, he looks ready for adventure. You are a super pup, Sampson!
Cuteness Award Category
While every single pet was a winner in this category, these three entries absolutely melted our judges' hearts. It was impossible to resist their pure, unadulterated cuteness.
1st Place: Griz
Griz is the epitome of the "Good Dog" and completely charmed us all. That sweet, steady gaze looking directly at the camera, sitting so politely on his fuzzy mat with his owner, is pure magic. He brings so much warmth and happiness to this picture. Congratulations, Griz! You are a very deserving winner.
2nd Place: Soka
Soka’s photo perfectly captures the unique bond between a pet and their kids. Sitting between her two smiling cross-country champions, she looks so calm, content, and happy to be part of the team. That sweet face and pink leash are almost too much to handle! What an incredibly charming and adorable photo.
3rd Place: June
June is looking absolutely darling for the holidays! Her fluffy, teddy bear-like look and sweet, inquisitive eyes looking up are irresistible. And can we talk about that pink heart bandana?! Pure cuteness through and through. Great picture, June!
Thank you once again to everyone who entered and contributed to making this contest such a huge success. Please stop by the store this week to pick up your prizes and goodies! We can't wait to see what you all come up with next year!
Stay spooky, Petsense family!
