Please keep in mind that overnight temperatures will be in the teens, and any melted ice is expected to refreeze. Our staff will be coming in as conditions allow, and we anticipate operating with limited staffing.

We understand that there may be patients who truly need medical care during this time, and we will do our best to be available for those needs. That said, services and appointment availability may be limited depending on staffing and road conditions.

At this time, the clinic has power, phones, and internet; however, conditions can change as recovery efforts continue.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. Please call ahead before coming in, and continue to prioritize your safety when traveling.

📢 **Possible Early Closure Friday Due to Winter Weather** ❄️

Hello everyone — with a strong cold front expected to move into our area this weekend and precipitation likely beginning Friday afternoon into Friday night, we **may close early on Friday** to help keep our team and clients safe.

📞 **Please plan accordingly and call ahead** if you have appointments or services scheduled on Friday.

⚠️ Important reminders as you prepare for the weekend:
• If you have outside pets, bring them inside or ensure they have appropriate shelter, warmth, and dry bedding.
• Please make sure you have all necessary medication refills, prescription diets, and pet food picked up before the weekend, as winter weather in Louisiana often leads to closures and travel issues.
• If your pet is boarding with us or elsewhere, we recommend staying closely engaged with the boarding facility so you’re aware of their contingency plans if weather impacts operations.
