So unfortunately with the amount of No Shows and last minute cancelations we have been experiencing, it is forcing me to have to raise our no show/cancelation fee. I honestly hate to do this, but what alot of people dont understand is groomers work 100% on commission and tips, so when you book an appointment and dont show up or cancel morning of or late night before, it doesn't give us enough time to fill that spot, so we loose that money, we dont get paid nothing, and lately ive been starting days fully booked with 21-25 dogs and end up doing 7 or 8 for the hole day, im not making enough to pay my staff or bills, I know August is our slowest month, but with the amount of appointments we've had book to just not show up its been a struggle just to stay open. Needing to cancel is understandable, and I dont hold it against anyone, life happens, I just ask you to please let me know by atleast 2pm the day before so I have a chance to fill that spit, Thank you so much and I do greatly appreciate the clients who do use us, yall are everything to me I love each and everyone of you. Thank you Rhianna amd k9 styles staff. To show my appreciation to those who book weekly/biweekly baths/grooms the bath price will be lowered thru the end of the year. Once again thank you, you are the ones who keep us open
