We strive to provide high quality produce grown right here in Campbell county. We specialize in hydroponic tomatoes through the winter and spring and a pick-your-own strawberry patch, this year we also added a corn maze for fall family fun!

Good morning everyone... Here is your update for the week of July 8.

Current highlights in the Farm Store!
🌽 - We've still got some local sweet corn!
🍑 - Fresh local peaches & blackberries!
🍅 - We've got a great supply of vine-ripened tomatoes right now! If you're interested in canning tomatoes, message us and we can put you on our canner list...
🍞 - Wednesday this week, we'll be getting some baked items (yeast rolls, sourdough artisan and regular loaves, cakes)
🧅 - We got some produce - squash, green beans, potatoes, peppers, cabbage, etc.
💐 - We've got a bunch of flower arrangements!

🛒 - And then we've got the usual items - Rock Stable Meats (pork and beef) and ready-to-cook meals in the freezer. There are jams, jellies, salsas candies, peaches, beets, pickles, gummies, chocolates, popcorn, pancake mix, honey, cake rolls, granola, eggs, cheese, bacon, summer sausage, butter, mush, meat snack sticks, jerky, fruit cakes, seasonings, pretzels, sesame sticks, sourdough starter, and probably some other things I'm not remembering right off...

Hello everyone... Just a quick update here for you on the 4th of July...

First - hours today, we close at 4 p.m. - tomorrow (Saturday) we're back to regular hours 10-2.

With the strawberry season being officially over, the Farm Store is the main event here at the farm for the next couple of months.

🧅 - Just got in some fresh spring onions.
🥒 - We've just got in fresh cucumbers.
🟡 - Also just got in some yellow squash and zucchini.
🍑 - We've just added Spiced Peaches to our canned peaches offering.
🍞 - Wednesday this week, we'll be getting some baked items (yeast rolls, sourdough artisan and regular loaves, cakes)

Update for Saturday 5/31 - The PYO strawberry patch will be open Saturday! The picking will be scattered and somewhat difficult, but it'll be another 11 months (give or take a bit) till next season! This will be the last day we'll be open for PYO this year... Also note there will be some mud out there so plan accordingly...

:: Updates for the week of 5/26 ::

Good evening friends...

We walked through the strawberry fields again this afternoon, and unfortunately, there isn't much there on the strawberry front. If you're still wanting to dig around through the plants and see if you can find a few red strawberries Monday yet we'll be open for that - but just to be clear you probably should come for the experience of poking through the plants rather than planning on many red berries... The Farm Store will be open from 10-2 Monday as well - plenty of tomatoes!

We'll keep an eye on things throughout the week. There may be an outside chance we'd open the PYO one day at the end of the week if it seems like that would be worthwhile, but it looks like this is going to be pretty much it for our 2025 strawberry season.

This has been a rather short strawberry season, we're hearing it from numerous other farming friends as well. We'd have loved to have had a longer season, but there is only so much of the process that is in our control... Thanks to everyone for coming out and supporting us!

After Monday, we'll return to normal summer hours at the Farm Store. Sounds like we'll have some baked items (sourdough bread and rolls) showing up.

Update Saturday (5/24) @ 11:09 a.m. - if you're not on the way to the farm already it really probably isn't with your time as almost every plant has been looked over twice... The berries that were here this morning are very nearly gone already...

:: A couple of fairly big updates for you all... ::

🗓 - Friday 5/23 - the PYO Strawberry patch will be closed for growth/ripening, the Farm Store will be open from 10-5:30
🗓 - Saturday 5/24 - Hours 10-2 - the PYO patch will be open - picking will continue to be scattered and very difficult, the Farm Store will be open as well.
🍓 - Prepicked - We will have small quantities of prepicked in the Farm Store from time to time first come first serve, but will not be taking orders for the time being.
🍅 - Tomatoes - another greenhouse is starting to produce! Good supply of tomatoes!

🚨 - Memorial day hours 10-2 - PYO may be available, but will remain scattered and difficult - the Farm Store will be open.
🚨 - After Monday, we'll be returning to our normal summer hours - Tuesday through Friday 10-5:30, Saturday 10-2, and closed Sunday & Monday. PYO will be kinda off and on as we wind down the season.
