Checked in on my girl Kyla this morning. Training doesn’t stop once they leave my farm and go home. I travel back and ensure the owners are able to continue the efforts and feel comfortable on their own! We got an early start to beat the heat.

I have 1 training spot open for September if you’re interested! We do offer consignments as well!

The sweetest old soul went to heaven today. He was a boarders best friend for many many years and this one hit particularly hard. The heat was just too much for him and we couldn’t stand to see him suffer any longer.

This is the hardest part of my job is having to make that phone call and say I think it’s time. I love all these babies as if they were my own. I grow to learn their personalities, know their favorite treats, and who their best friend is.

Joe loved sweets and his best friend Windy. So he got all the chips ahoy, oreos, andd teddy grahams he wanted with his best friend and momma by his side. We will miss you sweet Joe!

2025 Western Horse Show at Hamilton Co Fair is a wrap!

Here are some halter pictures from this morning! We will be going back Monday to finish up with Versatility! So proud of the kids this year! Everyone placed better than last year and brought home more ribbons! We completed some personal goals and bonded over some challenges we all faced showing in modified conditions!

Welcome Madonna to the farm! She’s a Sebastopol Goose. She’s sl friendly and one of the goose breeds that’s the most docile and non territorial. Her and a chocolate runner named Wanda joined the flock yesterday!

When you schedule a photographer to come to the barn for your boarders to get family pictures taken, and one boarder is out sick but she asks if you can hold her pony so she can still get some professional photos of her even though she can’t be there, why not play a prank on her and do a “Macy’s” funny shoot haha 😆

Finally getting some rain to cool these temps off and the ground desperately needs some rain! Horses don’t mind the breeze and mist as well!

Sweetest review left by my last client! This one was a simple and quick 2 week trailer training session. A horse that used to load fine.. was now refusing, rearing, and becoming not only extremely frustrating for their family but also dangerous to himself.
