ISO of an apprentice/ helper

Looking for someone that can help me 2-3 days a week give or take , someone that is fully committed to this career and willing to learn. I’d prefer that you have some experience or some type of education with horses and shoeing. I’d like for this to be a fairly long term apprenticeship and for someone that can carry themselves in a professional manner and treat this like a job, show up on time and be ready to work . I do my best to work somewhat reasonable hours but there is no set time and should be able and willing to work long hour days. This is a good opportunity to learn and get exposure to shoeing for a variety of different types of disciplines and to pick up over flow work to help build your business. You will be expected to pull shoes ,finish ,unload truck etc. Payment will depend on level of experience . I strive to learn and be better than I was before and I’ll expect no less from you .
