Here is the finished revolver. it Took my Wife 20+ hours (a lot of TV bing watching) to cut and attach the vinyl. It took me 3 hours to spray on 2 coats of Cerakote and bake. Finally about an hour to remove all the stencils and reassemble the revolver. Oh sorry I forgot she spent about 8 hours designing the scroll pattern from scratch. Wow we are so done!😝

Well in the midst of all this world ending craziness, we are still Cerakoting...My beautiful wife knows how much I love the old west so she did some research and found a fancy pattern for one of my navy revolvers. I am mixing a custom blue for the final coat but in the mean time have a gander at her design work!

Wow I am such a slacker on Facebook…so here is some work we are doing in the Studio, we have now expanded into Cerakoting car parts. These headers are for an older Ford truck that our customer is rebuilding. The before picture shows how rusted they were and the after picture is the same header that has been worked in the blast cabinet and Cerakoted Glacier Silver. I think it looks a bit better!

So it has been a while but that is only because we have been busy...This was our newest challenge, an Armi San Marco Wildfowler. This behemoth is a 10 gauge over-under shotgun used for water fowl or maybe bringing down small planets. The customer wanted it to have Digital camouflage so the colors Cyn picked were Smoke Black, Federal Standard tan and Sniper Green. Here is the result!

This was tough. This Ma**er is a C30 that was made in 1932. It was sent to China and badly abused, it was imported to the US in the 1980's and by that time someone had blued it, covering rust and pitting. It will never be a museum piece but it deserves to be loved so I cleaned it, removed the rust and cerakoted it in Burnt Bronze then used Graphite Black to make it look Battleworn...it looks like something a raider in the Apocalypse would be proud to own!

Finally have a chance to show this off...Remington 870 made in 1967. It has been Cerakoted in Graphite black and has hexs designed in RAL 8000 Cerakote (or as I like to call it, Baby P**p yellow.)

So excited! We just upgraded ovens...the little one to the right is the one we started with. Today our BIG new oven arrived. It has an interior big enough to Cerakote a small country (well maybe not)but it is big enough for any long gun or golf club that we will get in!
