Dear Valued Client,
This is Brittany, Humberto’s wife, writing to you today. I wanted to take a moment to personally share an update, as many of you have been asking to speak with Humberto or requesting appointments with him.
Unfortunately, Humberto was recently diagnosed with cancer. We are completely devastated with this news. As you can imagine, this has brought significant changes to his availability. At this time, Humberto is not grooming until further notice as he focuses on his health and upcoming medical procedures.
We know how much you trust and value Humberto’s expertise and the relationships you’ve built with him over the years. Please know that our team is committed to maintaining the same high-quality care and service for your pets that Humberto has always provided.
We kindly ask for your prayers and support during this challenging time. We believe, through faith and in Jesus’ name, that we will overcome these difficulties and Humberto will return stronger than ever.
If you’d like to send Humberto your well wishes or speak with him briefly, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to arrange a time. Your kindness, patience, and understanding mean the world to us, and we are so grateful to have you as part of the Furgo family.
