I know I've been bad at not posting pictures the reason is there is not enough groomers in our area for the amount of clients. A normal day for me was 5-6 dogs now it's 7-10, i am blessed to have such wonderful clients to work with but I just don't have the time I use to, so bair with me and I'll try harder to get something up.

This is a perfect example of why I'm forgiving of client mistakes. Yesterday when my 8am client wasn't in on time (because she's always 15min early), i looked at my reminder text. Yes she confirmed, then i check it more closely to finde that i texted her the wrong time by 2hrs. I try to text no luck (I'm about to have 3 full haircuts and 2hrs to do it in, my days going to get ugly real fast). So i cross my fingers and text the other client and ask if she can bring her 2 fuzzy kids in at 9am. She was a life saver everyone was done in a reasonable amount of time. So morel of the story if you always come at the same time and i text you something different please check it ask the question it could just be a mistake on my end. We aren't all perfect, we will all make mistakes, i will forgive you if you forgive me, and we will try not to make it a habit. Story over, sorry if it's a long one. Hope it made you laugh.

I am closing today Mon Feb 27th because of the weather. I made it to work and more than half my day canceled. Stay safe at home if you can.
