Happy Friday!!! Just a few little housekeeping things!! I am blessed to be booked through the end of the year. I am so sorry I absolutely can not squeeze anyone else in😞

2nd..... I've spoken on this before but I am absolutely the most non tech savvy person out there and have always done my schedule on pen and paper in my schedule book. I DO NOT have any type of online booking system. If I am not texting you or directly messaging confirming your appointments I am sorry but you do not have an appointment. Most Everyone gets my confirmation message the night before its the same copy paste (yes sometimes I forget to change the time from person to person 🤦‍♀️) exceptions are the ones that are weekly/bi weekly never fail to come... or if you have asked me not to. There are apparently other versions of "Scruffy to Fluffy " grooming shops out.. please make sure you are messaging my correct messenger either Scruffy to Fluffy Scruffy to Fluffy - Kim Cooper-Raimer or my personal Messenger Kim Cooper-Raimer ... for Makenzie this page or Makenzie Cooper ... I've had a few unhappy people showing up messaging the wrong page.

Last...Hailey!!!! She had been a big answer to prayers! She started as a bather... She stepped up in big ways in our Petsitting to help fill in and cover the past 6 months and she will start learning haircuts starting in January! I have faith she will excel as she has in every other parts of our little business!!! When the time comes please let me know if you are ok in allowing her to learn and train under my direct supervision of course!! We are very excited for her to add to our services!

Happy Tuesday!!! I just wanted to take time and thank all my clients for trusting us to groom and care for your pups(and other pets, livestock and homes)the past almost 2 decades! We love and care for them as if they are our very own as time goes on they are a big part of our lives and hearts!!! 2025 was a wonderful year as we continue to grow our business and services! We are beyond blessed and cant wait to see what 2026 has to hold for us as we continue to change it up and grow! Booking January 2026 now as we have been overwhelmingly blessed to be booked for 2025!
