Special thanks to Kristine Tarrer for coordinating the show and to Carla Abshire who setup a refreshment and award display that blew away everyone at the event. Thanks for a fantastic show.

A big thank you to Chalanco Kennels, Angie Chase and our model Zoe for a wonderful mini grooming session. We learned so much, got to visit with friends and enjoyed all the sweet Westies from 11 weeks to 15 years. We certainly got our puppy fix with our newest puppies🥰. We had a great turnout but missed some special members. Cant wait to get together again soon!

Good afternoon, Atlanta Westie Club! We hope that everyone is staying warm and safe during this chilly spell.

Our next regular meeting is scheduled for Sunday, February 16th, 2025 from 2:00-4:00 PM at

Our program will be a mini-grooming demonstration by Angela Chase, a professional handler from Dawsonville. She has over 20 years of experience in all breeds, specializing in hand-scissored and hand-stripped breeds. Angie will cover all aspects of the mini-groom that our westies need in between their professional salon visits: ear tips, eyes, mouth, feet, nails, and those private bits that tend to get messy. She will make sure you leave with tips and tricks and some recommendations for useful products and supplies. This is a must-be-there meeting for all of us!
