🦄 Congratulations to our student on the lease of Havana! A huge thank you to Bibby and Katie Said Hill Inc. for allowing us the opportunity to have this special mare in our barn again. We’re so excited for our rider to learn from such a wonderful teacher.

We are so excited and lucky to welcome John Charlebois to The Stable at Happy Valley Farms for a two-day clinic on August 8th & 9th!

A USEF “R” Judge, lifelong horseman, trainer, rider, and clinician, John’s career has spanned more than five decades. After beginning his riding career at just seven years old in Quebec, graduating from the Morven Park International Equestrian Institute, and teaching riding at St. Lawrence University, he went on to manage the North American World Cup Team at the 1979 World Cup in Sweden.

Since establishing Charlebois Farm in California, John has become one of the most respected professionals in the hunter/jumper industry, consistently developing top-quality horses and producing confident, successful junior and amateur riders to Capital Challenge, USEF Medal Finals, Junior Hunter Finals, and the Grand Prix level. His program has long been recognized alongside the West Coast’s premier hunter/jumper programs.

Known for his exceptional eye, horse-first philosophy, and ability to simplify complex concepts, John is an outstanding mentor for professionals and an invaluable coach for riders of every level. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your fundamentals, improve your horse, or gain insight from one of the industry’s most respected horsemen, this is a clinic you won’t want to miss for both professionals and amateurs.

We’re excited to kick it off by welcoming renowned hunter/jumper trainer, John Charlebois, to our facility for our first clinic. With decades of experience as a trainer, clinician, and USEF “R” Judge, John is known for his thoughtful teaching style and dedication to developing confident, effective riders and happy, rideable horses. We’re looking forward to a weekend of learning from one of the industry’s most respected horsemen. Limited spots available, sign up details coming soon.
