What's the next problem we're tackling? That's right, separation anxiety.
I've had a cat with really bad separation anxiety, but my cat now is so chill, he is ok with me being gone for a while. We still give him the lovin's when we get back.
Leaning up on what was learned today. Separation anxiety is created when you and your dog, and or cat are away from each other for too long, and that creates anxiety.
This can lead them to pull on doors, jump on walls, bark, and even jump out of windows. The biggest solution to keeping a dog from doing anything like this is daily exercise. Like a walk. or play at a dog park. and then chewing on these big three items as you are gone.
1. Bully Sticks
2. Kongs with frozen wet food in them
3. Raw Femur (NEVER cooked)
