Each dog is handled with patience, attention to detail, and respect for their needs—so they look great and feel comfortable every visit. Unlike some places, you will know who is grooming your dog. I believe that an essential part of providing grooming service is building a personal relationship with my clients, so that you will receive personalized service, and never be treated like a number. My g

oal is to greet all of my canine clients by name. Do you have a pet that is elderly or has special needs? Your pet is welcome any time and will be treated with the utmost care and compassion. Your pet will never be left unattended while in my salon. I also have special equipment designed to help pets who have trouble standing for longer periods get through the grooming process safely and comfortably. I won't tell you that you have to leave your dog with me all day. You will have your dog back in a few hours. If you have multiple pets, it will take longer though. A lot of groomers have dogs sitting in hot and dangerous cage dryers while they groom others. While I might be able to groom more dogs in a day doing that, I will not do it. Hot cage dryers are not used at my salon. I hand dry all dogs with towels and a no-heat blow dryer. The comfort and safety of my canine clients is a top priority.

You may notice a small change when calling Dig It Dog Grooming.

When you call, you’ll now hear two options:

📞 Press 1 to make or change an appointment
📞 Press 2 for anything else

We know phone menus aren’t everyone’s favorite, so we kept it as simple as possible.

We made this change for one simple reason: to serve you better.

Appointment calls can now ring both the salon and Stephanie’s cell phone at the same time, which helps us answer more calls directly instead of sending people to voicemail — especially during busy grooming hours. Stephanie can be talking to someone on her own phone while another person who also called our number can be speaking with another groomer at the same time!

Calls like pickup questions or checking on your pup still go directly to the salon phone.

As a small business, we’re always trying to improve communication while still keeping the personal, friendly experience that matters to us so much.
