We got a Chicken Strip Taco.. You grab a tortilla and put a chicken strip, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream.. or buttermilk for $4.. We done sold 6 of them..Lol

.. I chopped the fat up in little pieces and mixed it in before cooking it.. I usually cut the fat out so when someone buys a taco it’s full of meat and you get your moneys worth.. I personally don’t like buying a taco and half of it is just a big chunk of fat.. But to each his own.. I appreciate everyone’s comments on the last barbacoa post.. Peace..

Greetings MexTex Family..
Tried to close at 9pm but we still had a line of people.. Last person just walked out with Loaded Carne Guisada Fries and a Bacon Cheese Burger.. You know it’s Good Home Cooked food for the Soul when people come 3-4 times a week.. We try our best on every plate.. Always give us that extra minute because everything is made Fresh.. We don’t have food sitting around waiting for you.. You have to wait for it. Lol.
Well it’s the weekend again and we’ll be catering a 300 person party.. So we’ll see y’all again on Monday.. Still undecided what to put for a Special next week.. ANY SUGGESTIONS??
