In order to adhere to federal guidelines for social distancing we will not be offering nail trims as this puts our staff in too close proximity to pet parents.
Our Spa is now Open. But due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are streamlining our process to ensure a safe space for our staff, patrons & puppers!
1. Tubs are open by appointment only.
2. Up to two people of the SAME household per tub & one dog per appointment.
3. Face masks must be worn at all times.
4. Please use hand sanitizer at the entrance (provided).
5. No aprons will be provided so please dress appropriately.
6. As a courtesy to our staff please follow social distancing guidelines while using our facility. We will not be able to handle your dog or help them in and out of the tub.
7. Each dog wash appointment is 45 minutes or less, plenty of time to wash & dry your pupper. Please be mindful of the time limit.

*Nail trims Wednesdays from 10-4. Doggie parents must maintain social distancing of 6ft at all times. Unfortunately if you are unable or unwilling to maintain a 6ft distance we will be unable to provide nail trims.
As much as we love visiting with you and your pets, please keep your visits brief with as few people as possible and please leave your cute puppers at home.
We would prefer to not accept cash or checks. Please bring credit cards or debit cards to help decrease the hand to hand interaction between staff and guests.
We ask that all guests waiting in line to make a purchase keep a minimum of 6 ft away from each other.
Masks should be worn at all times.
If you are concerned about coming in we are offering curbside pick-up. You can email your order to [email protected] OR send via Facebook Messenger via our page. Once we have received and pulled your order we will reply to your message and request a phone number to reach you at for your credit card. You can then come by and your purchase will be brought out. Please try to use these methods rather than calling an order in so we can keep phone lines open. And don't forget chews, treats and toys for your doggo's when placing your order, especially if you work from home. Help keep them busy since they can't go anywhere either!
