This handsome tri-color Jack Russell Terrier mix never expected to find himself at a shelter.
Blue arrived at APL when his owner was moving and could not bring him along. Since then, this sweet boy has been trying his best to stay positive while he waits for a family to fall in love with him.
And honestly? We're a little surprised he's still here.
At just 2 years old and a perfect 28 lbs., Blue is the ideal size for just about any adventure—and just the right size to claim a permanent spot on your couch afterward.
In true Jack Russell fashion, Blue is full of personality. He's silly, sassy, smart, and always ready for fun.
