These girls are coming along so well! Mainly because I've had the opportunity to work with them lots over the last few weeks. From our biweekly adventures, to staying with them while their family traveled, to having lessons with their people to keep everyone in the loop, they are learning each session skills towards their goals. This is what I hope to provide my clients- full service dog care. There for them when you can't be, and there for you to guide the building of the relationship.

You don't get to see ME very often on here.... the dogs are much cuter.

These beautiful girls are making quick progress on their goals. Being around other dogs is just SO exciting for Bella (Merle) and Nala (Tricolor). We are learning to relax around other dogs. My friend came along to the park with her Aussie pup and we worked on not getting over excited at the park, and being able to engage with me. This day there were A LOT of dogs, and I was blown away at how well they did.

I love getting to see dog's through their journeys. Sully has been training with me since he was a brand new puppy. He's currently working on skills to safely walk/ run on a harness (canicross) and I'm pretty impressed. All our foundations are coming together, and having things transfer to new skills makes me the happiest dog trainer ever.

Say hello to 2 new faces. Nala (red tri) and Stella (red merle) are going to be with me for day training twice a week for a while to get ahead of some training they need to catch up on. Mom works long hours, but has goals of walking them more, and taking them camping. My job is to bring it all together in occasional private lessons with Mom, while putting the "buttons" on the dogs. Our first outing was all about them learning the routine I have, while also evaluating behavior. So excited to share in these pups journey.

Harper's journey has been a long one- recently she started behavior meds, after a solid training foundation wasn't enough to get over a lot of her anxiety. Last night's lesson was our first one after our lesson that was the vet visit getting her these meds... Y'all this girl had all her triggers thrown in her face (not on purpose) and she was able to use all the skills we built with training to work through her thoughts instead of being swallowed by them. I've seen meds make a huge difference and seeing how well it's going already (not at "full effect" levels yet), we are very excited to see her progress even more!
