We have been breeding AKC registered Labradors for over 30 years with countless champions, performance title holders, along with fabulous temperaments. All Empress Labrador puppies will stay with their mother a minimum of eight weeks before being released to their new owners. De-worming will be administered. Records will be provided and a Bill of Sale to the buyer. All puppies are guaranteed from

genetic problems such as hip dysplasia and or eye problems. All of our dogs have their proper clearances for breeding. All puppies are temperament tested and evaluated so that every puppy can go into a home that they and you are happy with. All puppies sold for pet situations are sold with a limited registration through the American Kennel Club. Puppies are $ 3,500.00 and $ 500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to be putting on the waiting list for one of our puppies. Please keep in mind that us as breeders have no control of what color or s*x is born so please be willing to accept a different color and or s*x. Along with purchasing one of our pups they are micro-chipped and registered with Pet Key for lifetime training, amber alert sent if your pet gets away from you, for an extra $ 50.00 (if your vet would preform this procedure it would cost you $ 60 to $ 100.00.) start thinking of long registered name with the Empress name at the beginning of the name. Also, just remember, you are buying a LIFETIME of love, companionship, dedication, and enjoyment so please purchase Labrador puppies from reputable breeders.

Tummy friendly homemade low-fat turkey bites for dogs (or cats)! 🦃🎃

Low-fat foods like turkey 🦃 can be soothing to pets with sensitive stomachs, and fermented foods (such as cottage cheese) can help GI issues even more. Add mushrooms🍄‍🟫 or herbs🌿 to this treat for an extra nutritional boost.

📝Ingredients:
1/2 pound ground 99% fat-free turkey
1/4 cup canned or steamed squash or pumpkin
1/4 cup cottage cheese or unsweetened applesauce

1. Preheat oven to 200℉
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
3. Press mixture into muffin tins, filling 1/3 full
4. Bake for 35 minutes or until cooked through and firm
5. Let cool 15 minutes, then remove from tin

Yields: 6 regular or 12 mini-muffins

Part time 2-3 hours per day starting at 2pm. Competitive salary and raises are determined by your work ethic.

Some overnights required when I travel.

Must have reliable transportation, must be honest and reliable themselves.

Twisted stomachs, broken hearts🐾💔
Most people think “bloat” just means gas buildup, but gastric dilatation-volvulus (GDV) is much more serious. In GDV, the stomach fills with gas and twists, cutting off blood flow and putting dangerous pressure on vital organs. Without immediate treatment, it can be fatal.

🐾 What dogs are highest risk? Large, deep-chested breeds are the most vulnerable. Neutered males are at slightly higher risk.

📌 What Research Shows:
-Dogs that eat quickly or swallow a lot of air face a significantly higher risk
-Split daily calories into two meals instead of one large meal for at-risk dogs — it lowers GDV risk.
Diet matters:
– Dogs fed ultra-processed kibble, especially those with seed oils listed among the first four ingredients, face a higher risk.
– Kibble pieces smaller than 30mm also increase risk.
– Feeding meat-based diets with larger chunks (>30mm) can lower risk.
-Avoid exercise and large amounts of water immediately before or after meals.
-Dogs with anxious, fearful, or high-stress temperaments have a higher likelihood of GDV.

⏱️ Every Second Counts
If you suspect GDV, go to the vet immediately. With rapid surgical intervention, survival rates reach up to 80%, but waiting can be deadly.
Your awareness and quick action can save your dog’s life. ❤️

We have been in Labradors for almost 25 years..... we are a small hobby kennel located in Northern IL..... we have 8 generations of a long line of great temperaments and dispositions. Our dogs are part of our family and loved very much.... we breed multiple litters in a year and have black, yellow, and chocolate puppies only!
