Rocking Paw Dog Training and Kennels Rocking Paw Dog Training and Kennels is a new business to serve the Lubbock and hub city area in all their dog training needs and boarding.

Rocking Paw Dog Training and Kennels opened its doors in December of 2015. Built on our 10 acres of private property includes 10 private kennel suites and a training center. We have a fenced in 1 1/2 acre field for the dogs to have off leash time and also used for agility and training. Our training services include household obedience in 5 levels, therapy dog training , board and train, agility cl

asses, scent work classes and freestyle dance. Boarding services are available as well. Jolynn Payne is the owner and trainer and is certified through the CCPDT. She has a background in training dogs back to 1992, and has been professionally training since 2011. our method of training is LIMA, least intrusive minimally aversive. We want to train your dog to do what you want, not punish them fir what you dont want!

Reminder that the mobile dock is coming to Lubbock!
July 17th-19th at Reese Education Center

You can sign up for your splashes (jumps) in advance. Go to the North American Diving Dogs website
Www.northamericadivingdogs.com and create an account for you and your dog.
Then go to EVENTS and scroll till you find the Lubbock event and then you can sign up in advance.
There will also be try its (6 minutes onnthe dock for $10) you can sign up for those day of.

I also had 2 private lessons come available. Wednesday the 15th at 1 and 130. Cost is $50

This event is for ANY dog! Beginners to competitors!
We have a few private lessons open for Wednesday July 15th, but you dont need experience to come.
All my dogs learned by "Try its" which is 6 min of dock time for $10 during the trial.
They have experienced trainers to help you!
Mark your calendars and dont miss this once a year opportunity!

School is OUT!, kids need something to do and we need to get that puppy trained! We love Jr handlers here at Rocking Paw, so now is the time to join a class!
Tuesday June 16th at 7pm. Puppy class. Ages 10 weeks to under 8 months. 8 in person classes. Learn all the fundamentals with your dog: focus, impulse control, enrichment, 2 recalls, leash walking, sit, down, mat, send to mat, sit with greeting, stay with duration and verbal distraction and more!

Saturday 27th at 7pm. Intro to barnhunt. This is fun dog sports that encourages dogs that have prey drive! Dogs need to find the RAT 🐀 in the tube (they are safe and spoiled), climb on a bale of hay and maneuver going through the hay tunnel! 4 sessions $100

North American Diving Dogs South Central Mobile Dock is coming back to Lubbock for the 4th Annual HPKC's Sniff and Splash (This year's theme PARTY IN THE USA 250 YEARS) July 17-20.
The dock will be offering private lessons Wednesday and Thursday the 15th and 16th. The Qualifier trial will be held 17-20th.
Location will be the empty bank parking lot next to Reese Education center (4th and Research blvd)
If you just want pool time and no lesson $40/ 30 min
If you want a lesson $50/ 30 min
I have 1/2 hour increments open from 8am til 330 pm Wed and Thursday.
Wednesday at 4pm they are offering Air retrieve private lessons $30/ 15 min (8 spots available)
Thursday at 4 om they are offering Hydrodash private lessons $30/15 min (12 spots available)
If you want any of these lesson spots/pool time, I need you to TEXT me: Your name, email, phone number, prefered day/time, dogs name age and breed. Be specific what you are signing up for.

If you have any questions at all, feel free to comment or text. Payment will be taken at 2 weeks out from the event. If you cancel within the 2 weeks prior, you will be held responsible for payment if we cannot fill your spot.
