Looking at some fundraising ideas for prizes for next year - options we’ve come up with so far but feel free to add things you’d like to see!

- Pitch (cards) tournament
- Tack swap (like a $10 table fee?)
- Custom beef raffle
- Super Bowl boards
- March madness boards

Questions for next year - part 2.

- Would people rather see amateur division instead of adult (essentially a non trainer class) or are we happy with adult?

- splitting Green into green rider and green horse?

- Were people happy with the timing app? I’ve learned how to add time penalty’s… but it was a learning curve doing it the first time.

- would everyone rather 5 second barrel/pole penalty or would you rather see No Times?

- how would YOU like to see paybacks? All classes over say 10 entries - 3D? 1 second splits? Or over 15 entries and 10 entries and under is straight pay?

- any other feedback for me?

Here is the awaited draw.

Expos need to be moved right through. Absolutely no schooling. The arena will be ready to start expos BY 7.

PLEASE look at it throughly. If you see mistakes or want to add/subtract classes please let me know ASAP.

I am human. I am one person. I had 110 pre entries to organize and do the draw on. Please be kind if you see an issue just bring it up to me today.

The link is still open to entries, but from now forward they will be added to the bottom of the draw. I take entries until the class before.

With there being almost 50 expos tomorrow. If you plan to do your expos, please be there at a reasonable time and get them going. I will have the arena ready before 7:30 to start them! There will be a HARD stop at 8:15 for open arena to make the show start on time.

Draw will be posted this afternoon before 3!
