Hello all! After some consideration, I am now accepting select new clients to add to my schedule. If you are in need of my services send me a message and I will send you a new client application/information form to complete. These forms can be printed out, filled out, and sent back to me as a picture or file through email, text, or message.
These applications must be completed before I meet with you.
