What’s better on a Sunday morning than a Leo update? 🥹🩵
Leo had his surgical follow up, and he is doing remarkably well! His vet said he is actually ahead of the curve with his healing, which is exactly the kind of news we were hoping for.
He’s officially been cleared to start the next phase of his recovery with physical therapy, including hydrotherapy and acupuncture.
And we need to take a minute to say a HUGE thank you to every single person who donated toward Leo’s care.
Made a Promise Rescue is completely donation funded. Saving dogs like Leo takes so many pieces coming together: fosters who open their homes, volunteers who give their time, veterinarians who care for them, and a community of people willing to help us fund the care they need.
