At 10 years old, Darlin has found herself living in a shelter and she wants out into a loving home.
Darlin is just what her name suggests, darlin. She is so sweet, loves attention, and will roll over for belly rubs at any possible time. All she wants is someone to love her for who she is. Please don't let her age deter you, Darlin has so much life left in her. She is still active and agile, making it hard for us to believe she is ten years old sometimes. Many people look at Darlin and immediately move on when they see her age, we don't want her age to define her. She is a fun, happy, cuddly, and adventurous soul who deserves the world and more! Darlin does good with other dogs but would prefer a home with no kitties. She absolutely loves all people but takes a special liking to children! She is so gentle. We have been asked to help this mom and 6 newborns. Their status us URGENT! They need out of their shelter ASAP!
All are doing well and are very friendly. They need a foster in order for us to pull them to safety. Anyone able to save 7 lives?

"Most Adorable Ears in the Shelter" award goes to.... Hallie!
I mean come on! She is so precious; how has she not been scooped up yet? Hallie has had a rough start at life, but she does not hold that against anyone! She is ready to start fresh with a loving family. She is intelligent and food motivated which is a great combination for training. She loves affection and would make a great cuddle buddy. Hallie is good with other dogs, tested well with cats here at the shelter, and loves all people. She is 1-year-old and 35 lbs. We need your help!
We have several pets who are needing surgery or x-rays. These bills rack up quickly, but we won't let our pets go without! Please consider donating towards their medical bills. We would greatly appreciate it as we are a non-profit organization who gets NO funding from the government.
We have added photos and descriptions of the pets and what their medical needs will be. Thank you all so much for supporting us!

This is no April Fool's Day prank!
This beautiful girl is hoping someone out there is looking for a sweet, smart, energetic, and loyal dog because she fits the bill! Nimbia is a 2-year-old, (possible) boxer mix. She loves other dogs and enjoys play time with her friends! She also tested well with cats and loves all people! She has personality for days and is always so full of joy.

Happy Birthday Lil Moe Peep!!! ❤️❤️❤️
This sweet guy is celebrating his 2nd birthday today! He’s had a million churus as his special treat (even though he demands them everyday). Lil Moe Peep has been with us for a year now. He’s our antisocial king who only wants us around to give him churus and turn on his Bird TV. He does great with other cats, always wanting to play and cuddle with his besties. If you have a cat that needs a friend, Peep is perfect!! When we rescued Peep from another shelter we were told Peep was a sweet cat with his brother when they were first surrendered, but after his brother left, he became more antisocial with people. Even though he cannot be reunited with his brother, he’s made countless friends in the year he’s been with us and has made so much progress trusting us. Meet Tugboat! (8 months old, possible Boxer mix, ~40lbs)
Tugboat is adorable, lovable, and would make someone an amazing companion. He is a sensitive soul and is nervous about new situations at first, but with some patience and training he is doing amazing. He loves other dogs and gets more confident when he has a canine friend to show him the ropes. If you are willing to put in a little work and take a chance on the underdog, please consider Tugboat! Not at the shelter
"This sweet dog has been at my house for several days, on the Henry end of Haw Patch Road. He's wearing a collar but has no tags. Very friendly and appears to have been fed well, not fat, but no ribs showing."
