How often do you clean your saddle pads? Did you know that build up of hair and dirt can actually make your horse sore? It would be like you having a wrinkle in your sock... It's not that big of a deal if you're just sitting at a desk, but if you had to play a basketball game... It could be something little that becomes a big area of soreness.
It's shedding season, but just a few minutes of brushing will keep your pads looking and working like new! Your horse will thank you!

Everyone meet Jewels (Katie Beth named her)
Jewels is severely foundered she was an animal control case however owner finally surrendered her over to animal control where we took her in.

Jewels is going to need a lot of TLC with her hooves as it seems she hasn’t really/truly had her feet work with very much. In the mean time she going to hang out with Shady and Oreo and get lots of ❤️

Within the first hour Jewels got a manicure (had to take a nap to get that done😬) and some wormer on board to knock out any parasites. She’s on anti inflammatorys for pain and discomfort due to her laminitis 🥹 but soon she will feel a lot better💕

Been a while since posting to the farm page!
Here a photo dump of our very slow summer. So much rain there hasn’t been a lot going on.

Little update Angel found her a kiddo to take to new levels I can’t wait to see them come next show season as a team💕

Shady was added to the herd early summer he is blind 100% but it does not phase him he is such a clown and such a good boy💕

With summer creeping to a close here soon and wedding things vastly approaching it’s fixing to get very busy around the little farm…. With that being said come fall after the honeymoon 😬😂 I will be thinking are starting back riding lessons for anyone who may be interested I can teach a range of disciplines as well as beginner levels!
