Sweet little Jax has made his way home with Tracy and her family 🥰 he is already so loved. If you guys remember early on he had us worried that he wasnt going to make it but with lots of prayers, amzing liver water and lots of tube feedings this boy became bigger by the day! It was hard for us to see him go but we couldn’t have picked a better family for him ❤️
