🐾 Say hello to Jack! 🐾
This sweet Labrador Retriever is with us for a two-week board and train, and he’s already stealing the show with his absolute love for a ball and his wagging tail! 🐶💛

Jack is here to polish up his manners and learn to be the best version of himself — and so far, he’s been all in! Whether it’s mastering calm greetings, walking nicely on leash, or learning to focus around distractions, Jack is soaking it all up like the smart boy he is. 🧠🎓

🐾 Meet Enzo! 🐾
This handsome young Cane Corso is staying with us for off-leash training, and he’s already winning hearts with his big personality and goofy charm. 🐶💙

Enzo may look like a tough guy, but he’s a total softie once you get to know him. He’s been working hard on his off leash recall and staying focused even when distractions are all around.

We’re so proud of his progress so far — and we can’t wait to see him strutting his stuff like a true gentleman, leash-free and loving life! 🐾✨

This long-eared gentleman is back at the DOG Training Institute for an obedience refresher course. Louis already knows his stuff — now he’s just brushing up on those good manners and sharpening his skills! 💪🎓

🎆🇺🇸 4th of July Dog Safety Tips! 🇺🇸🎆
As we gear up to celebrate Independence Day, don’t forget to keep your furry friends safe during the festivities! Here are some quick tips to protect your pup:

🐾 Keep pets indoors – Fireworks can be scary! Create a calm, quiet space inside with familiar toys and sounds.

🐾 No fireworks around pets – Even sparklers and smoke bombs can be dangerous or frightening.

🐾 Update ID tags & microchips – Just in case your dog gets spooked and runs off.

🐾 Exercise before the party – A tired dog is a calmer dog. Get in a walk or play session early!

🐾 Skip the scraps – Barbecue leftovers can upset your dog’s stomach or be harmful.

🐾 Turn on background noise – Fans, TVs, or calming music can help drown out firework booms.

🐾 Don’t force them to participate – Respect their comfort levels. Some dogs just want to chill out.

🐶❤️ Let’s make it a fun and safe holiday for all – two- and four-legged family members alike!

🐾✨ From Instinct to Impulse Control ✨🐾

Meet Ivy the Rottweiler — a powerhouse pup with a strong drive and an even stronger heart. When Ivy first joined us, her natural instincts screamed chase anytime she saw livestock. But with structure, consistency, and clear communication, Ivy has made incredible strides.

In this photo, you’ll see something that speaks louder than any command: calm co-existence. That’s Ivy, peacefully laying beside Nitro the Highland bull calf — no tension, no impulse, just trust.

It took time, dedication, and a solid obedience foundation, but Ivy is proof that even strong prey drive can be redirected with the right training. She’s learning that calm earns more freedom than chaos, and that livestock are companions, not playthings.

We’re proud of Ivy’s progress and love seeing moments like this that show just how far she’s come. She still has work to do, but this is a great milestone in her training journey. 💪🐂🐶
