I don’t usually post stuff like this but I saw this sign and had to share. Yes your dog might be a total sweetheart but not every pup wants a new friend running up to say hi. Some are shy some are working on their confidence and some just aren’t in the mood. Let’s all try to be cool humans and give dogs and their people the space they might need🐾

It’s hotter than a squirrel in a sauna out here! 🥵☀️ But Benny still insisted on his “business meeting” (aka potty break). He recommends sticking to shady, grassy spots and keeping it short and sweet. Stay cool out there friends!!! 😎🌿🐾

🚨 HEAT ADVISORY🚨

Did you know that when it’s 86°F outside, the asphalt can reach 135°F? That’s hot enough to burn your pup’s paws in seconds. 🐾🔥

Please remember:
✔️ Test the pavement with the back of your hand — if it’s too hot for you, it’s too hot for them.
✔️ Walk during cooler hours — early morning or late evening is best.
✔️ Stick to grassy or shaded routes whenever possible.

As a dog walker, I always prioritize your pet’s safety and comfort. Let’s keep our pups happy and injury-free this summer! 💕🐶💕
