Who says dinner has to come from a bowl? ๐ฝ๏ธ๐พ
One of our favorite enrichment hacks is also one of the easiest:
๐ฅฉ Stuff a beef trachea with your dogโs favorite wet food and some berries
โ๏ธ Freeze for a few hours
๐ถ Serve and let the fun begin!
Not only does this turn mealtime into a rewarding activity, but it also encourages slower eating, provides mental stimulation, and gives your dog a satisfying chew while they work their way through the tasty filling.
For this one, we used Weruvaโs Hot Dayam! recipe, but almost any wet food, gently cooked food, goat milk mixture, or even a homemade blend can work.
๐ก Bonus tip: Make several at once and keep them in the freezer for hot summer days, crate time, or whenever you need a little extra enrichment.
