After Harvey, my dog training business sort of disappeared, not completely, but hiring a dog trainer was not a priority for most families. I started working part time at a sign shop, and I now own that sign shop. My only day off is Sunday. I love working with dogs and their families, but only give myself Sundays off. I can train three families a week, Sundays only. I go to your home, and work with everyone, not just the dog. Everyone has to be on the same page. I can work with Mom and Dads, or Mom or Dad, or even a teenager, as long as the person can work with the family to raise a good pet for the family. I'm teaching people, not animals. Unless you want to pay me to keep your dog for a month... But even then, the people keep the training in tact.
