Introducing Dr. Collins! (Seen here snuggling with a recent patient, Yankee 🐾)

🩺 Dr. Haley Collins recently joined our team of dedicated urgent care veterinarians. She graduated from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2017, and brings years of emergency medicine experience to Animal Urgent Care of Rocklin. She loves emergent and urgent cases because she can provide essential, immediate service for the animals and families during critical and stressful times. We love that she brings the staff ice cream for breakfast after a busy weekend of emergencies! 🍦

Myrtle’s recovery was truly a team effort, from bandage changes requiring (at first) 3 people, to trial and error of sedatives to keep this young pup quiet enough for healing, to frequent rechecks and then ongoing communication with AUCR. Their commitment and hard work allowed her paw to heal fully and she is back to her crazy self!

We recently celebrated our 1 year anniversary with a staff “Paint ‘n Sip” 🎨🥂, where we quickly realized how challenging it is to paint brindle! Still, a good time was had by all 🥰
