Before & After: Solving a Clarity Mystery 🕵️♂️💧
One of our customers was battling cloudy water — even with a fresh UV bulb and a clean filter. Something wasn’t adding up.
We took a closer look and found the culprit: an aging multiport head on her bead filter. After replacing it, her pond cleared up in just 3 days!
Turns out, the old head wasn’t directing water properly, so filtration was compromised.
👉 Pro tip: Multiport heads are consumable and should be replaced every 5 years to keep your system running at peak performance.
