Back in 2013, we decided to get our first puppy together as a family. After much research, we found a litter of AKC registered English Springer Spaniels in Tustin, MI and traveled to pick up our girl Re*****on. After we had her for about 3 months, we thought maybe she needed a playmate, so a little research brought us to Six lakes, MI where Remi's father had sired another litter of pups. There we
met Bailey, a Haymarsh Farms champion Pheasant hunter, with her litter. We chose a liver and white Female we named Oakley. From there, it was all over for us, we fell in love with these dogs and specifically this breed. For us, they are a great mixture of outdoor adventure and loving family members. We now have four fur babies, 3 females which are all sired from the same stud, almost precisely 6 months apart and our newest member, Mr Finn who is our first male. All four get along great, have their own unique place in our hearts with their own unique personalities. Our third English Springer, Stella Moo, became a member of our family during a time when Karrie's daughter, Allison lived with us while attending college. Stella, which we just call Moo now, was attached to Allison and vice versa. It has created an amazing bond between the two, and although Allie no longer lives with us, Moo patiently awaits her next visit and it is always difficult for the two to part ways. Being a pilot, I have been able to take the dogs with me in the plane. We actually flew across the state to pick up Mr Finn when he was ready to come home with us, and Remi is the most excited to fly, as she stares out the window looking around in amazement. All of our dogs are a part of our already large family now. This page has been created for us to share in our adventures with our dogs, and to create a memorial to remember all of the times we are having with them now.
