Most recently, we were major participants in Augustana’s first Green Week, which started our Edible Campus Initiative project. Mission Statement: We contribute local organically grown food to the Augustana and Quad City community by cultivating diverse varieties on our student-run, urban farm. In turn, we create a space that promotes ecological citizenship, experimental thinking, and community.

Hello Friends!

Come enjoy the fall weather this afternoon at Augie Acres (corner of 34th St and 6th ave) from 4-6pm as we prep the garden for winter!

There will be yummy organic bread from the Mad Farmers Garden, and delicious jelly from a local vineyard (among other things) to snack on:)
