Celebrate Dogust, the universal birthday for shelter dogs, with us at Brighton Pet Supplies Plus! 🎉🐶 Bring your family and furry friends this Saturday, August 15th, from 12pm to 2pm. Join the fun, meet new friends, and give your pet an extra special day!

Celebrating with us will be our friends from Verona Street Animal Society! They'll even have some of their adorable pups who are currently looking for their furever homes! Right at the front of our store (near the cat food!), you’ll find our animal rescue donation bins — and every item helps a rescue pet in need.

Did you know we partner with Verona Street Animal Society right here in Rochester? They do incredible work finding loving homes for animals in our community — and right now, they need YOU.

Volunteering doesn't require any special skills, just a love for animals and a little bit of your time. Walk dogs, socialize cats, help at events, or lend a hand behind the scenes — there's a role for everyone.

So if you've ever scrolled past an adoptable pup and thought "I wish I could do more" — this is your chance. 🐶🐱

Buddy Love Dog Rescue needs our help!

Behind every happy adoption photo, every wagging tail, every second chance, are stories most people never see.

Buddy Love Dog Rescue continues to take on emergency cases right here in our community.

They didn't stop to ask if they could afford it. They simply say “yes,” because that's what a rescue does.

Every single dollar they receive goes right back into saving lives. They are a small rescue with a huge heart, but right now that heart needs our community.
