Hello Savvy People! ๐พ
As many of you know, I've had a LOT of issues with my shop phone- text messages not being received or sent, voicemails not coming in, apps unable to load, SIM card not being recognized, I could unfortunately go on.
Over the past few weeks, the phone had been randomly shutting off and restarting itself, sometimes multiple times in a row. There were a few days I couldn't use it at all.
I purchased a new phone this weekend and i am in the process of setting it up! ๐ฑ
Some messages have unfortunately been lost during the transfer process and I'm responding to the ones I have! If you had to reschedule an appointment and I wasn't able to respond, I will do my best to get your dog in!
I'm so sorry for any inconvenience or frustration this has caused (it has been a constant panic attack on my end ๐), and thank you to everyone who has been patient and understanding! I appreciate all of my clients for their support and the trust they have in me with thier animals! ๐
That being said, I only have access to text messages from the past two months or so, I am not able to receive voicemails at this time (working on that!), and unfortunately with everything being so hectic I am not able to accept new clients unless I have seen your dog before! โ๏ธ
I will continue to update y'all as this progresses and hopefully continues to work ๐ค๐ป
