🏴‍☠️ Buc Days is coming — and it’s time to register! 🏴‍☠️

Buc Days is just around the corner, and there are lots of great contests for Nueces County 4-H members to jump into — including Food Show, Food Challenge, Livestock Quiz Bowl, Public Speaking, Horticulture, and Ag Product ID.

It’s a great chance to represent Nueces County, try something new, and be part of one of Corpus Christi’s biggest events.

⏰ TODAY is the Exhibitor Registration Deadline! ⏰

Today is the last day to register exhibitors for the Nueces County Junior Livestock Show All Star Show!

This special show gives youth with special needs the opportunity to step into the show ring and be celebrated as the stars they are. 💚

We encourage 4-H clubs, managers, and members to take a few minutes today to reach out to families in your community who may have a child that would enjoy participating. A personal invitation can truly make a difference.

What a great way to wrap up our December County Council meeting! 🎄
Thank you to all of our Nueces County 4-H clubs for the incredible turnout and effort put into our Christmas community service project.

Nearly 150 ornaments were made to share with the residents of Brookdale Senior Living, and each one reflects the care and creativity of our members. These ornaments will be delivered on Tuesday as we come together to spread some extra Christmas cheer through caroling and fellowship.

We are so proud of our clubs for showing what it means to give back and make a difference in our community—especially during the holiday season. Thank you to everyone who helped make this project such a success! 🍀

📣 Reminder for Tonight!

Nueces County 4-H County Council meets tonight at 7:00 PM at the Robstown Community Center, 415 Mainer Road.

All clubs are encouraged to attend and take part in our Christmas community service project. Please remember to bring your ornament-making supplies.

We’ll also be celebrating the season together, so feel free to dress festively!

📣 Nueces County 4-H County Council Reminder

Don’t forget — our County Council meeting is this Thursday, December 11 at 7:00 PM, and we have a new location!

📍 Robstown Community Center
415 Mainer Rd., Robstown, TX

We’d love to see a great turnout from every club as we celebrate Christmas together, work on county business, and complete our Christmas community service project by making ornaments for Brookdale Senior Living. Be sure your club brings ornament supplies!

County Council members will deliver the ornaments and go caroling on Tuesday, December 16 at 6:15 PM at Brookdale Senior Living.

⭐️🍀 Nueces County 4-H at National 4-H Congress 🍀⭐️

Nueces County 4-H was proud to be represented at the 2025 National 4-H Congress in Atlanta, Georgia as part of the Texas 4-H delegation. This national event brings together youth from across the country for leadership development, service, and personal growth experiences that last a lifetime.

As part of the Texas delegation, Nueces County 4-H Council President Cooper Green was also selected as a Teen Performer for the National 4-H Congress Gala, representing Texas 4-H on a national stage.

These experiences are life-changing, and we want to give more Nueces County youth the opportunity to attend National 4-H Congress in the future.
