Hey y'all come to our website and check out the T-shirts I designed for the Pensacola Latin Salsa Festival on Sept. 26 at the Maritime Park. We'll be there with our birds from Styx River Parrot Rescue. We're excepting pre orders for the T-shirts right now for $15 and T-shirts will be sold the night of the event for $20. All proceeds benefit mental health and Styx River Parrot Rescue.

Things have been alittle rough going over the last 2 years with the Styx River Parrot Rescue but now I think we're getting over that hump and good things are starting to happen. I'm beyond excited. We had a great visit with the ladies from the Rockstar Rescue Tour the other day who brought us a bunch of great gifts for the birds and food for them which definitely helps lol.
We are getting invited to a bunch of exciting events to be apart of them. We're included in the Jimmy Buffett festival at the Emerald Waterfront Restaurant the Sunday of Labor Day. We just got an invite to be a part of the Latin Salsa Festival at the Pensacola Maritime Park on Sept 26th. They're bring awareness to mental health in young people and s*x trafficking and like what we're doing with our program with the parrots. We started a program to have certain birds recognized as service animals for the treatment of PTSD in veterans, first responders and battered women. These birds are amazing and have brought so much peace, love and joy and have helped TJ and myself so much get thru with our own dealings with PTSD. So if they can help us maybe they can help others dealing with similar situations. So we're beyond excited to be included. We are gonna be at the Gulf Coast Renaissance Faire in Robertsdale Al the 1st 3 weekends off November. We'll have our birds there for people to meet, come find out what we're all about and what our plans for the future are.

We just had a visit with the beautiful ladies from the Rockstar Rescue Tour. They brought us alot of awesome gifts for the birds, food, toys, perches ect.. We are so grateful for everything they do. We also want to thank all the amazing spinners that donated all these beautiful gifts. They're amazing people also and we greatly appreciated everything.

Well the Pickle Fest gets started today thru Sunday. We're on our way there now to setup. Hope to see y'all there we're gonna be by pavilion/ courtyard with tables. We're doing pictures with parrots this weekend. There will be alot of good food and vendors and birds so we hope to see y'all there.

Hey y'all Styx River Parrot Rescue is gonna be at the pickle fest this weekend all 3 days. Come on out meet the birds and find out what we're about and we're doing pictures with parrots for $10 which goes straight to the rescue to help fund it.
