So my new years resolution is starting to happen. I am on day two and starting to figure out how to hoola hoop again. Yesterday I could not get that ball to swing around by itself. Today much better made 4 full circles in a row. Been about 20 years since I hoola hooped LoL the ball is tricky. The vibration board is my 💯 percent favorite it really helps Raynaud's neuropathy In feet it's like instant relief. The yoga ball is good hopefully soon my belly fat will achieve its goals and my goals of getting back down to 121 pounds. I have not got brave enough to jump rope yet hopefully soon. Everyone who knows me knows my balance not great yet. So hopefully vibration board will build my legs up more and help me get braver 😂
