📣💜 ADOPTION FAIR 💜📣 this Saturday!!
We’ll be at Tractor Supply in Wilkesboro on July 19th, from 10am to 1pm. ♡

Come out and meet the beautiful dogs that are pictured below! ♡ Some of them have been in foster care for a year or more and we’re hopeful at least one of them will finally get to meet their forever humans this weekend.

Every adoption makes space for the rescue to help another dog in need.
But even if you can’t adopt you can always stop by to say hello to everyone, and learn how you can support the rescue in other ways. ☺️

Callie is a beautiful 1.5 year old American Staffordshire Terrier/mix, weighing 45-55lbs. 🐾
She is the life of the party 🥳 and is sure to make you giggle, and smile ear to ear just like she does! She brings her foster home so much joy but is more than ready to bring that same love and happiness to a family of her own. ♡

These two foster cats (both around a year old) are officially ready to adopt a human of their very own!

They’ve spent the last few months perfecting the art of being adorable, goofy, and just the right amount of dramatic. All they need now is a permanent staff—ahem, we mean loving human—to serve them snacks, give them head scratches, and worship them appropriately.

Meet Blue – A Sweet Soul Deserving a Second Chance

Blue is a gentle, affectionate boy who’s already endured more than his fair share of challenges in his young life. Despite everything he’s been through, he remains loving, loyal, and full of hope.

Due to his breed and bloodline, Blue was born with several serious medical issues. So far, he has bravely undergone:

Bladder stone removal surgery (cystostomy) TWICE!

A Perineal Urethrostomy (PU) surgery, to help him urinate more comfortably and prevent future urinary blockages

He’s also been diagnosed with a Portosystemic Shunt (Liver Shunt), a condition that requires life-saving surgery

To keep Blue healthy, he will need:

A special prescription diet to prevent the return of bladder stones

Surgery to correct the liver shunt, which we at Critter Ridge Rescue are actively fundraising for

We are currently seeking one of two things to help Blue continue his healing journey:

Donations toward his upcoming liver shunt surgery (every dollar truly makes a difference!)

A compassionate adopter who is willing to help support his medical care and give him the loving home he’s been waiting for

Blue has endured so much, but he’s still full of love and life. With your help, we can give him the healthy, happy future he deserves.
