Sam here with another update!

We have electrical run/lights installed in the ceiling and wall tiles done (mostly- we ran out of tile just short of finishing our last wall 😭)

What’s left you might ask? Plumbing, finishing electrical and outfitting back utility room and cosmetic finishing in the salon (trim/molding/cabinetry). Kates is fighting exhaustion to get this thing done so she can get back to you all but we can see the finish line! Thank you all for your continued patience and grace with us we really appreciate it and are hustling to get Kate back on the road! 🐾💜

Your favorite van build updater reporting for duty! Today Kate finished the floors and the ceiling and got the rooftop ac unit and exhaust fan almost fully installed- still have to trim down face plate on exhaust fan and finish intake and output vents in ac but it’s starting to really come together! Second pic is Kate very much not enjoying herself on the roof of the van bc she hates heights but she got it done! Go Kate!

Kate has gotten lots done since we last spoke. Front and back walls built, insulated faced, insulated ceiling, installed rooftop ac unit, and exhaust fan, built tub stand and installed the tub, we also got the ceiling started tonight but it was too dark for pics. Will update again soon! Thank you all for being so patient with us! Guest appearance from Sid the sloth from Ice Age in the last pic 🤪

Alright folks, Sam here with another van build update!
Yesterday Kate and her dad worked on framing and facing the walls. Today was spent finishing a tricky section of framing/facing of wall, framing the back wall (behind that wall is our utility section that houses our water tanks, vaccuum, water heater etc), insulating half of the ceiling, and framing where the rooftop ac unit and exhaust fan will go.
Honorable mentions to Kate’s dad Bruce, and our former assistant that some of you may remember, Karla, for helping us get as much done as quickly as possible! Thank you both!
We are tired but working hard to get Kate back on the road asap! Go Kate go!

Hey all, Sam here. As many of you know Kate’s trailer finally bit the dust this past weekend and is broken beyond repair.

She has had to cancel all her appointments for this week in order to build out her new van. I’m out and about working and will be doing my best to take on as many of her clients as I am able to in the interim. We are so sorry for any inconvenience with postponed appointments but please know Kate is working her tail off to get back to you and your babies as soon as possible!

That said, I thought it would be fun to post pics of Kate’s van build progress before/after I get home so yall can watch how things are progressing and cheer her on!

Hi friends, exciting news!!
We have successfully completed our second van build out and have hired a long time groomer and friend, Amanda which many of you may have already met as she rode along with Sam and I as we completed the build out of her van so she could get a feel for mobile grooming. Amanda has been grooming since 2013 and has experience with all breeds and coat types. She excels at doing deshed treatments and loves grooming doodles. She has a gentle hand, a kind heart, and is so excited to meet and work with you and your pups. We are OFFICIALLY opening her books starting on Friday Dec. 27th. Please help us spread the word by sharing this post, telling your friends, family and neighbors and dropping a pic of your cute pup(s) in the comments. We love to see them!
