Hello and thank you for taking an interest in my Pet Care! Let me introduce myself! My name is Kerri Vickers, I am 26 years old and an avid animal lover. My whole life I have had a passion for animals. Whether it be from being around them, owning them, caring for them, rescuing them or helping others with their pets, it has always been passion of mine. I have previously held a range of jobs but no
ne have ever suited what I love. Currently I am working to make pet care my full-time job and hopefully one day turning it into a business. My life goal is to run this business and become a Veterinary Technician. I currently own a Great Pyrenees named Bear and a Domestic Short Hair Calico Cat named Spice. I previously owned two Sphynx Cats which my mother has now claimed for her own, but they will still always be my babies. Now aside from introduction, I’ll give you some more details about who I am and what I can provide for you and your fur babies. I have graduated high school with my diploma and have taken a few semesters at Virginia Western Community College for Communication Design but I was unsatisfied with what I was doing in school and decided to pursue other jobs instead. I decided one day to focus on becoming a Vet Tech, which will happen in the near future. As stated I am currently working to make pet care my full time job which means I have no other part or full time jobs or prior obligations. I have dedicated myself completely to this business. I do digital artwork on the side, but pet care is my number one priority. I currently live with my significant other at his house, but within the year that will be changing. At the moment my family, boyfriend and I are renovating my grandparents old home for us to move into. Once we have settled into our new home I plan to offer my home as a place where pets are welcome to stay as well. I am in a committed relationship of 4 years with my boyfriend Shane, who also is a huge animal lover. He owns a Malamute/Pit Mix named Sly. He is the laziest and biggest baby ever and is very animal social and as friendly as can be, as well as are my own animals. So rest assured, once I am able to board your babies at my home, they will be treated like family and will be surrounded by our friendly pets! My purpose and goal is to give you the peace of mind when I am caring for your animals. I am responsible, trustworthy, kind, friendly, outgoing, patient, dedicated to my work and willing to work with any kind of schedule or pet. Your fur babies are and will always be my top priority. Whether I am doing a quick drop in, going on a walk with them or watching them for a few hours, to a few nights or for as long as you need, I want to ensure that your pets are in good hands. I have 7 years of experience with pet care, but am finally pursuing it as a career. I aim to give your pets the exact same care and love that they would receive from you! I have experience caring for a wide range of animals from, cats and dogs to birds, reptiles and small mammals and even up to farm animals and exotic pets. No matter the animal I will put forth my absolute best to care for them as they were my own. I offer a wide variety of services to accommodate all and I also am willing to travel!
