This week, we’re celebrating the heart of our front desk, our wonderful veterinary receptionists at Brandon Animal Hospital 💙🐾

They are the first friendly voice you hear on the phone and the warm smile that greets you at the door. They juggle ringing phones, urgent appointments, worried pet parents, and busy schedules, all while showing patience, compassion, and kindness every single day.
Our reception team does so much more than answer calls and check patients in. They provide comfort during difficult moments, celebrate happy visits, and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Their dedication ensures that both pets and their people feel supported, heard, and cared for.

To our amazing receptionists: thank you for your hard work, your empathy, and your unwavering commitment to our patients and clients. We truly couldn’t do what we do without you.

🎉 New Year’s Holiday Hours at Brandon Animal Hospital 🎉

We will be open Wednesday, December 31st from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, and closed Thursday, January 1st in observance of New Year’s Day.

We will reopen Friday, January 2nd at 8:00 AM for normal business hours.

We wish all of our clients and furry family members a happy, healthy New Year! 🐾✨
