Today is my very last day, so bittersweet. ❤️‍🩹 5 years of learning, hard days, easy days and some fantastic friendships made along the way. Thank you all who have stuck by me all these years- so many from the very beginning to the end and the ones I’ve met just this year. You all are so appreciated and i couldn’t have done any of it without you.

Wishing you all the love and support with your new groomers. I’ve known some for awhile and just recently met some others, they are all fantastic and I’m so excited to see their grooming journeys grow and the bonds they will create with each client. 🤍

Onto the next journey life has in store for me- Motherhood! 💗 exactly 9 weeks left today.

Here are 5 amazing experienced groomers in the area ready to take on new clients.

Like I mentioned in my previous post, I am going part time starting next month so my availability is very limited for the next 3 months. If any of you would like to go ahead and switch to a new groomer now, THATS COMPLETELY OKAY WITH ME! I have a lot on my plate right now and struggling to keep up a lot of days. If you decide to go ahead and schedule with someone else and have an appointment already booked with me, that’s okay! Just let me know you’ve got scheduled elsewhere and I will take your appointment off my books.

These are all fantastic groomers! A lot of you have asked “would you take your own dogs to any of these groomers?” And the answer is Yes! I would feel 100% comfortable taking any of my own dogs to any of these groomers if I needed to. I promise your pup is in good hands with whoever you choose.

Lots of you know, lots of you don’t, and lots of you I’m sure has been wondering what’s going on. So, surprise! I’m due with a wonderful baby girl in January. 💕

I was restricted very early in this pregnancy with a weight limit as most of you know. I can no longer groom/handle dogs over 35lb. I understand this was a struggle for a lot of clients with last minute canceling and switching groomers, but mine and my baby’s health comes first.

I have also struggled with EXTREME mornings sickness (that lasted all day and night) for 10 weeks straight. I pushed myself too hard most days and I had to cancel last minute most days. I am FINALLY getting over the sickness part of this pregnancy, slowly but there’s improvement. Now, my new struggle is low blood pressure. Causing me to get dizzy/light headed when standing for longer than 30-45 minutes at a time. As you know, that’s been extremely hard to manage with my work as I have to be on my feet throughout the whole grooming process.

I do apologize for all the last minute cancellations and the news of not being able to groom some dogs anymore. I appreciate everyone who has been understanding and supportive. 🤍

Now with that info, here’s the answers to everyone’s questions-
I will be starting to work PART TIME in august. Availability will be limited and it will be even more limited come September and October. If I do not have openings that work for your schedule or if my availability doesn’t work for you, I will help you get set up with another groomer and make sure I’m not leaving you stranded.
I will be CLOSING SHOP in November! And I will NOT be returning to work after having baby girl. Mine and my husbands plan is for me to become and stay at home mom full time. I do not have any plans to return to grooming, but I will be keeping all of my equipment as I never know what the future holds and if need to open shop again, I can.

Now for the biggest question- where will you go for grooming? I have fantastic news. There will be TWO brand new groomers with years of experience opening BRAND NEW SHOPS located very close to me. Brand new as in they are opening this month! Perfect timing for me, and you guys. Along with the new comers, there are more local groomers that are still taking new clients near by. I WILL BE POSTING ALL OF THEIR INFO SOON!

I cannot wait to take on this new adventure! 🩷

Our transition from Easter to spring was a little rough due to my lack of planning ahead, but we managed. 😅

Who doesn’t love a good farm store? My Dad and Amy have opened a farm store just right down the road from Bubbles N Bows. 8 minutes away to be exact! Something pretty cool to check out while your pup is being groomed. 😉

What do they have to offer?
Farm fresh eggs 🥚
Fresh homemade baked goods such as-
Brownies 😋

Muffins 😋
Apple Butter 🍎🧈
Freeze dried candies 🍬
And more!

They also have some amazing Amish dairy that is a must have. From whole milk to different flavored milk (the coffee maple is the best🤤), heavy whipping cream and some salted butter that you can eat by itself. 🤭

Annndd, BEEF. Nothing better than local beef. They have a freezer full of ground beef ready to purchase and you can ask about buying a 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef. 🥩

They are open daily. If the sun is up, the door is open (perfect for visiting after dropping off your pup with me😉). This is a self serve store, they take cash, Venmo, PayPal & cash app at checkout.
